Judging by the original price of $185 scrawled on the back of this canvas, the artist must have had high hopes for selling this work. But alas, no such luck. I myself passed up buying it for at least a year or two while it sat gathering dust and mold in the basement of a local antique store. But in the end I guess that the old adage is true; "Bad Art + Time = ...........". Well, I'm not really sure, but of course you understand why I couldn't live without this painting. Plus, it's almost five feet wide.
