A very early thrift store find (Salvation Army, 1987) that I haven't had a chance to photograph until now because it was buried in a box in storage. Note the wonderful manner in which Darnell has captured the cessation of motion as the deer cautiously stops, frozen, after hearing the barely audible click of a hunter's gun.......
